Can you figure it out in 8 clues?
The award is given to everyone who has worked for the government for 20 years.
The man worked in a small office of the government’s Department of Health in a small village.
His job was to collect complaints about the Department of Health. Any one could come and fill out a complaint form.
It was a very small village so he was the only person who worked in the whole office.
The certificate was mailed to his office with a letter asking him to call the main office to schedule a congratulatory call from the Minister. The man never wrote back.
Two weeks after sending the certificate, his boss phoned his office. The man didn’t answer the phone or call back.
A few days later, his boss sent a letter telling the man he was fired. He sent it to the man’s home address.
