Clue by Clue: The Forged Map Solution
The artist, who works for the publishing company, stole the original map two months ago after the university refused to lend it to his company. He intended to return the map after practicing. But by the time he returned the map, he had gotten so good at copying it that he accidentally returned a copy instead of the original. His company then accidentally sold the original.
