Solution to The Secret Recipe Clue by Clue

Milton Penn killed Anna Swiss for giving him a bad recipe. Anna met with Milton to sell him the recipe, which she copied from the one in the safe. However, the recipe in the safe was not the real recipe. It was just an advertising trick. It was just an advertising trick. No one had ever consulted it and Johann had memorized the real recipe.
