Solution to The Art Thief Clue by Clue

Blake destroyed the search warrant. Paper is easy to destroy or get rid of. The judge didn’t have another copy. That means police cannot prove they had the right to search her apartment. According to US law, that means they cannot use anything they found in her apartment to prove she did the crime. Since Blake’s mother is a lawyer, Blake would have been well-aware of police procedure in this matter.
