Solution to The Heinous Hotel Clue by Clue

Police had to open the window to test how Ms. Rosenthal fell. If Ms. Rosenthal jumped, she couldn’t have closed the window. Since the room was still messy, it is unlikely hotel staff was in the room. The person who closed the window was probably the person who killed Ms. Rosenthal.
